Shower/Wet Room Extractor Fan with LED Light
The X-Star shower/wet room extractor fan will suit any modern contemporary shower, wet room or anywhere where a modern look is desired. The X-star shower/wet room extractor fan will either blend in to white ceiling or wall so attention is drawn to other features within your room or will make a statement against a contrasting colour.

Built-in light!
The X-Star shower/wet room extractor fan has the added benifit of a built-in LED light. This type of light is cooler and has a longer life than traditional halogen lights, better suited to humid environments.

Fitted with a 12v SELV motor to meet the requirments of zone 1 & 2 for extractor fans in bathrooms.

Slim, flush mounting.
Modern fresh look.
Membrane shutter fitted as standard.
2w LED integral light (MR16 fitting).

	Transformer with Run-on Timer Will continue to function after you have turned off your switch. Adjustable from 2 to 30 mins. Timer is mounted and adjusted inside the transformer.
	Transformer with Pull Cord Simply operated by its own built-in pull cord. Pull cord is mounted and operated at the transformer.
	Humidity Sensor & Timer Will switch on when your room gets humid. Adjustable from 60 to 90% Will continue to function after you have turned off your switch. Adjustable from 2 to 30 mins. Timer & humidity is mounted and adjusted inside the transformer..
