Utility Room Extractor Fan with LED Light
The Frosted Glass Utility Room Extractor Fan will suit any modern contemporary utility room or anywhere where a modern look is desired. The Extractor fan is finished with a Frosted Glass front illuminated with a 2w LED light to create a fantastic lit backdrop look to your utility room or enhance your existing lighting.

Built-in light!
The Frosted Glass Utility Room Extractor Fan has the added benifit of a built-in LED light. This type of light is cooler and has a longer life than traditional halogen lights, better suited to humid environments.

Slim, flush mounting.

	Extractor Fan & Light This option is the fan and light only with no controls. Simply connect the terminal block (live and neutral) inside the fan to your own pull cord, switch, humidity sensor or simply to a plug.
	Separate Run-on Timer This option is the fan, light and a separate run on timer. Choose this option if you need your fan to continue to run after you have turned off your switch. The run-on timer is adjustable from 2 to 30 mins.
	Separate Humidity Sensor & Timer This option is the fan, light and a separate humidity sensor and run-on timer. Choose this option if you need your fan to automatically turn on when your room gets humid. Adjustable from 60 to 90% This option will also allow your fan to continue to run after you have turned off your switch. The run-on timer is adjustable from 2 to 30 mins.
	Separate Photo Sensor & Timer This option is the fan, light and a separate photo sensor and run-on timer. Choose this option if you need your fan to automatically turn on when the room is illuminated (normally by a person entering the room and switching a light on) The fan will automatically switch on by detecting the light increase (adjustable). This option will also allow your fan to continue to run after the room goes dark (normally by a person switching a light off). The run-on timer is adjustable from 2 to 30 mins.
