How long does it take for you to refund me?
We process refunds weekly, however during busy periods, it can take longer.
How long does it take to get my money?
Paypal refunds are instant. Credit/debit card payments can take up to 5 days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you return your item(s) in original packaging, in a resalable condition, within 14 days, we will give you a full refund, including origional postage cost. You only have to pay for the return postage.
What if i return an item that is out of warranty?
Unfortunately, we are unable to recover any costs incurred for items that are returned out of warranty so you will not be refunded. Your item will be available for collection from our stores or sent back to you for a small charge.

If you return your item(s) in original packaging, in a resalable condition, within 14 days, we will give you a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
You are responsible for the cost and any risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

OUR 2 YEAR GUARANTEE
If your item(s) become faulty or develops a defect within 2 years of purchase, you can submit a claim for a replacement.
Our 2 year warranty will not cover damages caused by:
- Incorrect installation, connection or packing.
- Any use other than correct use described in the user manual, negligence, modifications or use of parts that are not authorised by Fantronix.
- Faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment.
- Accidents, lightening, water, fire, heat, war, public disturbances or any other caused beyond the reasonable control of Fantronix.
- Repairs or modifications executed by an unauthorised person.
