Delivery Details - Free shipping for all orders over £75.00!!

Over the last 10 years we have carefully selected the best possible methods to deliver your orders affordably, safely and quickly with the minimum fuss and disruption. Please see below our preferred methods of sending your orders. If you have any special delivery requirements, we would be happy to accommodate them.

Our estimated delivery times.

Orders placed with us before 2pm week days will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be dispacthed the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched till the first working day of the week.

Standard Delivery we advise 2-3 working days. This is normal for Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked Services. We will email you all tracking details for your parcel so that you can easily track the status at www.royalmail.co.uk and the track and trace section.

Premium Delivery we advise 1-2 working days, however this is normally Next Day but we can not guarantee this. Again we will email you all tracking details and the carrier information so you can keep updated with where abouts your parcel is.

All shipping cost are calculated at the checkout section of the website. We are unable to quote any shipping cost as these are all worked out automatically by the weight, address, and shipping option chosen.

Royal Mail First Class - For orders up to £12.50

We are amazed how quickly we can send small packets Royal Mail - First Class post and this, is our preferred method of delivering orders up to £12.50. A massive 90% of packets are delivered the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked - For orders from £12.50 to £75.00

Royal Mail Tracked ensures your order is tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse until your order is delivered by your local postman. Royal Mail Tracked has an additional benefit which allows you to specify a 'safe zone'; somewhere you would like your order to be delivered in the event of you not being at home. For example "please leave at No.22" or "leave in porch". You can use our 'additional delivery information' box at checkout to specify a safe zone of your choice.

TNT Express provide nationwide door to door on demand express delivery services for all our larger parcels and orders. Delivery on the next working day is provided everywhere in the United Kingdom (except on the Channel Islands and on certain Scottish offshore islands) for consignments collected in normal business hours. Consignments collected on the day before a public or bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day after the holiday.
